Hard Luck started with a broken wallet, a busted zip, and a pile of overpriced junk that didn’t survive the year. I’d had enough of buying “quality” that couldn’t take a hit — so I made my own.

What began with a single wallet on a workbench in the Cotswolds turned into a mission:
Build gear that’s rugged, raw, and ready for whatever the hell life throws at it.

I’m Chris. One bloke, two hands, a stubborn streak, and a habit of making things that last longer than they’re supposed to.
